You, being satisfied that the product does have everything you want, grab your wallet, pull out your credit card, and with excitement, purchase the item you were looking for.

If your customer is not able to find what they want very easily, they will, in an instant, go somewhere else. Customer don’t want to put in a lot of effort into get something that they can get easier somewhere else.

Consumers don’t want to waste time. And more and more, people are realizing that time is more important that a few dollars.
